One day, Adnan Virk was a rising star at ESPN, where he was a lead host on college football and a regular Baseball Tonight host. The next, he was fired and escorted off the premises in disgrace, according to the New York Post. Sources tell the Post that the 40-year-old Canadian was canned on Friday after being accused of leaking confidential information about the company to the media. It's not clear what information Virk, seen here sharing Little League stories, is accused of leaking. He had recently signed a new multi-year contract with ESPN, which he joined in 2010. ESPN spokesperson Josh Krulewitz confirmed to USA Today that Virk "no longer works at ESPN." (More ESPN stories.)
