Facebook has held the top spot on Glassdoor's list of the best places to work three times; last year, it was No. 7. This year? No. 23. That's the lowest it's been since first making the list in 2011, Fortune reports. Reuters blames "heightened regulatory scrutiny" for the social network's fall, and Fortune notes some of the company's employees have pushed back on controversial leadership policies like not fact-checking political ads. Still, Facebook's ranking only dropped from 4.5 to 4.4 out of 5, and Axios notes that's "well above the 3.5 average." Axios points out other tech companies have similarly fallen: Google is down three spots from last year to No. 11, and Apple is down 13 positions to No. 84. Amazon once again didn't make the list; that's the 12th year in a row it has failed to do so. Read on for the top 10:

  2. Bain & Co.
