A bus has exploded in Jerusalem, and people are being taken away on stretchers.

Wednesday's explosion occurred near the main entrance to Jerusalem, shattering windows. People are lying on the ground and taken away on stretchers.

The explosion appears to be the first bus bombing in several years and comes amid rising tensions between Hamas militants and Israel.
