Republican Sharron Angle loves her some domestic abusers, and sided with them, "not the abused," while in the state legislature, according to the latest hard-hitting ad Harry Reid's campaign is unleashing on Nevada. The ad highlights Angle's vote against a bill that would force Nevada to honor restraining orders handed down in domestic violence cases in other states, the Huffington Post reports. Reid's ad claims Angle's vote—she was in the minority—"would have made Nevada a safe haven for domestic abusers."

Angle's campaign has said that she agreed with the spirit of the law but had concerns over its execution. The ad is the latest of several attack spots Reid has run against Angle, but despite the aggressive strategy, Reid and Angle remain even in the polls. The latest Mason-Dixon poll had Reid supported by 46% of respondents and Angle by 44%—within the poll's 4% margin of error, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
