Dim Sum Joint 'Serves Tea, Homophobia'
Steamed Char Siu and Custard Buns, hold the homophobia.   (?avlxyz)

Dim Sum isn't the only thing on the menu at Yauatcha, a Michelin-starred restaurant in London. Managers and customers also serve up homophobic remarks and sexual harassment, a gay ex-waiter is charging. Vincent Ma, 31, is beginning legal proceedings against the Soho hot spot. He says he was constantly subjected to off-color jokes and didn't get enough breaks.

When a male customer tweaked his nipple, a supervisor simply asked: "Did you like it?" Ma tells the Independent. "Due to the tightness of the company uniform, a black T-shirt, my body figure was being shown," he says. "My nipples were popped out due to low temperature and one manager said to me it was sexy."
