It’s just one aspect!” Seinfeld said he spent his younger days exploring “self-help things” —meditation, Aikido, yoga, and karate. Of Scientology, he told "Access Hollywood," “I just did a little, but I liked it.”
Seinfeld originally lauded the controversial belief system for helping his act, saying it "really helped me to understand how you have to invade the space of the audience a little bit."
