Sarah Palin has resurrected her 2008 "palling around with terrorists" line of attack on President Obama for use in today's controversy. The Alaskan, defending the Tea Party from comparisons to terrorists, told Sean Hannity that "if we were really domestic terrorists, President Obama would want to be palling around with us," Mediaite reports. "He didn't have a problem with Bill Ayers," she said, ripping Obama for being insincere when he called for calmer political discourse after Gabrielle Giffords' shooting.
"That is typical Barack Obama … it’s blah, blah, blah," she said. "Otherwise, he’d be on Biden to tone it down a bit." Palin told Hannity that she is getting closer to making a decision about running for president, but she still hasn't made her mind up. She knocked GOP frontrunner Mitt Romney for waiting too long to take a position on the debt ceiling debate. "I have respect for Mitt Romney, but I do not have respect for what he has done in this debt debate,” she said. “He waited until it was a done deal, and then he came out and made a statement that he didn’t like it after."
