Dick Cheney is ruffling more feathers in his memoir media blitz, this time Sarah Palin's. Politico takes note of this zinger in an interview with Laura Ingraham: “Well I’ve never gotten around the question of her having left the governorship of Alaska midterm," he says. "I’ve never heard that adequately explained so that I could understand why, how she decided in her first term to step down and still be—I’d like to know more about that.”
Cheney, who was answering a question about whether Palin was the best choice for VP in 2008 when he made that observation, had earlier warned that vice presidents must have "thick skin." (And as we all know, Karl Rove really, really doesn't think that Palin does.)
