Bernie Fine may not be going to jail over allegations that he sexually abused minors—but one of his accusers is. Zach Tomaselli, 23, is close to a plea deal that would get him a two-year sentence for sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy, he tells the Daily Orange, Syracuse University's student paper. "There's nothing we can do. I admitted it," he said. "I'm officially going to be going to prison, and that was a very shocking moment."

Tomaselli's accusations against Fine are still under federal investigation, but Tomaselli has credibility issues. Fine's other two accusers, meanwhile, have hired famous civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred—who was last seen representing one of the women who accused Herman Cain of sexual harassment—to help them sue Syracuse University and head coach Jim Boeheim, ESPN reports. (Boeheim has apologized for initially belittling the accusers.)
