Bill Parcells was officially introduced yesterday as the Dolphins' VP of football operations and is ready to get down to work, the Miami Herald reports. "We've got things to do," the new head honcho said of his 1-14 team. One of those things may be to find a new coach and GM.

Parcells remained diplomatically silent on the possibility of canning Cam Cameron or Randy Mueller, but he did stress the need for management to be "philosophically compatible." Whoever ends up wearing the whistle can expect a hands-off approach: "I have no ambition to coach," Parcells said. Instead, he insisted, he'll focus on overseeing team structure.
