Despite Marco Rubio's statement this morning that reports of an immigration deal are "premature," Lindsey Graham says it's all over but the shouting. "I think we've got a deal," he told CNN this morning, according to Politico. "We've got to write the legislation, but 2013, I hope, will be the year that we pass bipartisan immigration reform." Graham says that the Gang of Eight have signed off on the deal, which will be aired over the next week, and that it includes "a pathway to citizenship, but it will be earned, it will be long, and it will be hard." Two other senators chimed in, adds the AP: Chuck Schumer and Jeff Flake both told Meet the Press that the Gang of Eight hadn't yet given its final sign-off on the deal.
