He pees in restaurant mop buckets, he spits on fans ... so it's not really all that surprising that Justin Bieber would also shove a concertgoer's phone down his ridiculous pants, then toss it back into the audience, as shown in this YouTube video from his Tuesday night concert in Newark. Bieber had just stopped mid-song and asked the audience to "refrain" ("You know what that means, right?
