This is about as "inside job" as it gets: Police in Pleasanton, California, say a 42-year-old manager of a local McDonald's robbed his own store at gunpoint, reports the San Francisco Chronicle. Felix Gonzalez-Becerra allegedly donned a mask, climbed in through the drive-thru window on the late shift, and forced workers into the freezer before leaving with an unspecified amount of cash. It must have been a good mask, because Gonzalez-Becerra didn't get arrested until five days later—when he was spotted driving away from another McDonald's after a similar robbery. He has reportedly confessed to both and remains in custody, reports the Los Angeles Times. (More weird crimes stories.)
