Guy, 33, Spends $100K to Look Like Justin Bieber

This may be the saddest thing you'll read all day: A 33-year-old man has spent nearly $100,000 over five years in an attempt to look like Justin Bieber, the Huffington Post reports, citing an article in British tabloid Closer. Among the plastic surgery procedures Toby Sheldon has had: hair transplants, "smile surgery" (an upper lift lip, bottom lip plumper, and, according to Uproxx, an extension of the sides of his mouth), eyelid surgery, Aquamid (filler) injections, and of course Botox.
