A lawsuit claims an elderly woman was subjected to an unwanted performance by a male stripper when she was living at a New York nursing home. The lawsuit was filed by relatives of the 85-year-old former patient at the East Neck Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Babylon, on Long Island. The woman's son found a photograph in January 2013 of a male stripper gyrating in front of her. The photo, taken in September 2012, shows the woman putting dollar bills into his briefs, reports the New York Post. An attorney representing the nursing home says the performance was requested and approved by a committee of residents.

“Plaintiff Bernice Youngblood was placed in apprehension of imminent, offensive, physical harm, as she was confused and bewildered as to why a muscular, almost nude man, was approaching her and placing his body and limbs, over [her],” says the lawsuit. (More stripper stories.)
