As Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker came onstage at the Iowa Freedom Summit Saturday, he used the Dropkick Murphys' "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" as his intro music—and the Celtic punk band was not happy about it, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. "@ScottWalker @GovWalker please stop using our music in any way...we literally hate you !!! Love, Dropkick Murphys," the band tweeted Saturday. In 2011, the band released a single called "Take 'Em Down" dedicated to the Wisconsin labor unions protesting Walker's plan to end collective bargaining, and, as the AV Club reports, the band also sold shirts to raise money for pro-union organizations.
