Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis may be a free woman, but she won't be reporting back to work today or tomorrow. An attorney for Davis explains that she "needs time to rest" after her stint in jail and won't return to her job in Kentucky until Friday or Monday, reports USA Today. "We are pleased that Kim Davis has been ordered released," says Mat Staver. But "she can never recover the past six days of her life spent in an isolated jail cell like a common criminal because of her conscience and religious convictions." The big questions: Will Davis fight the legality of the same-sex marriage licenses granted in her absence, and will she allow her clerks to continue issuing them? Her lawyers aren't saying, notes Kentucky.com. (Survivor, meanwhile, wants Davis to get a new theme song.)
