Donald Trump may be riding high here in the US, but he's just lost a battle across the pond. The UK's highest court dismissed his motion to block construction of a wind farm in view of his Scottish golf resort in a unanimous decision on Wednesday. Former Scottish leader Alex Salmond says the final ruling after a series of challenges makes Trump a "three-time loser," per the BBC. Though there's no chance for an appeal, Trump will "continue to fight this proposal on every possible front," a rep says, per the Wall Street Journal, slamming the "foolish, small minded, and parochial mentality which dominates the current Scottish government's dangerous experiment with wind energy." (Here's how Trump fared in last night's debate.)
