"El Chapo" is back in custody. Mexico has recaptured fugitive drug lord Joaquin Guzman seven months after he escaped from a maximum security prison. "Mission accomplished," declared Mexico President Enrique Pena Nieto in a tweet. The capture reportedly followed a shootout in Los Mochis, located in his home state of Sinaloa. The Mexican Navy said in a statement that marines acting on a tip raided a home in the town before dawn. They were fired on from inside the structure, with five suspects killed and six others arrested. Guzman's escape last year involved an elaborate tunnel. (More Joaquin Guzman stories.)
