Mack Crook Jr. may be the only person in America who doesn't love Waffle House. In a lawsuit filed earlier this month, Crook claims grease from a Waffle House in Anniston, Ala., has seeped across the property line and into the building he owns. He's seeking $800,000 in damages, Al.com reports. The lawsuit claims the Waffle House's "grease interceptor" is located next to the property line and leaks nonstop. Crook says the grease has gotten under his foundation. According to the AP, the lawsuit claims a "loss of use and enjoyment of the property" as a result.

A Waffle House spokesperson says the restaurant is "investigating the claims" and "will respond through the court system." But its lawyers have denied that the grease interceptor leaks and are seeking proof of damage from Crook. For his part, Crook is seeking $200,000 to cover repairs and the devaluation of his property, $300,000 for his mental and emotional suffering, and another $300,000 as punishment against Waffle House.
