Some good news on the unemployment front Friday, with a 3.8% rate that hasn't been that low since April 2000. But in which states are one's prospects for finding a job best? WalletHub looked at the job market and economic environment in all 50, factoring in criteria such as the unemployment rate, job opportunities, and employment outlook. At the top of the list: Washington. At the bottom: West Virginia. Here, the top 10, along with their job condition scores (out of 100):
