Some good news on the unemployment front Friday, with a 3.8% rate that hasn't been that low since April 2000. But in which states are one's prospects for finding a job best? WalletHub looked at the job market and economic environment in all 50, factoring in criteria such as the unemployment rate, job opportunities, and employment outlook.
