A Queens man working on a TV commercial shoot with Jim Gaffigan in 2016 says he was left unable to work after the comedian's daughter hit him in the head with a soccer ball. James Kent is now suing Gaffigan and others involved in the shoot for unspecified damages, Page Six reports. According to Kent's suit, neither Gaffigan nor the director of the Chrysler Pacifica commercial was watching Marre Gaffigan, then 11, when she kicked the ball. Kent says it left him "severely" injured. But a neighbor tells Page Six Kent was already injured when the ball hit him, and a source close to the set tells Celebrity Insider the suit is "overblown."
