No one city in the US has a monopoly on great new restaurants, according to a new list from Bon Appetit. The magazine is out with its "Hot 10" ranking of America's best new eateries, and the locales are spread out. The honorees:
- Konbi (Los Angeles)
- Khao Noodle Shop (Dallas)
- Longoven (Richmond, Va.)
- Ochre Bakery (Detroit)
- The Elysian Bar (New Orleans)
- Kopitiam (New York City)
- Tailor (Nashville)
- Le Comptoir du Vin (Baltimore)
- Matt's BBQ Tacos (Portland, Ore.)
- The Wolf's Tailor (Denver)
