Who could round up Ariana Grande, Snoop Dogg, Olivia Newton-John, Katy Perry, James Corden, and dozens of other stars to appear in one music video? None other than Mariah Carey herself, who on Monday posted a "festive celebration" of her holiday hit, "All I Want for Christmas Is You," to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the song, per Billboard. The new video features an A-list of celebrities—as well as Carey's boyfriend, Bryan Tanaka, and her 8-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe—lip-syncing to the song, which reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 list for the first time last week.
USA Today notes it's only the second Christmas song to ever reach that rank on the list: The first was "The Chipmunk Song," in 1958. It's the 49-year-old's 19th No. 1 song on the Hot 100. "WOW! This is one of the best Christmas gifts I could ever have gotten," Carey tweeted about the new clip. "I am so thankful to all of my friends and favorite artists who participated in this video. You brought a huge smile to my face. THANK YOU!" (More Mariah Carey stories.)
