The past few years have been headline makers for Tom Sizemore, but not in a good way. That streak continued this week, when the 58-year-old actor was arrested for DUI and drug possession, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Sizemore was reportedly cruising around Glendale, Calif., at about 2:30am Thursday when he was pulled over for a traffic violation. Cops suspected he may have been under the influence, and they say when they searched him, they discovered narcotics.
TMZ notes Sizemore may face time behind bars for this infraction: He was arrested last January for drug possession, and part of what kept him out of jail was a plea deal in which he had to stay out of trouble for a year. In 2016 he was arrested for domestic violence, accused of beating up his girlfriend; he pleaded no contest and avoided jail time. In 2018, a former child actor, now in her mid-20s, filed a lawsuit against Sizemore seeking at least $3 million in damages for allegedly molesting her when she was 11; it's unclear what the status of that complaint is.
