WalletHub took a look at 150 of the most populous cities in America, analyzing more than three dozen metrics—across such categories as financial, safety, health, education, the economy, and infrastructure and pollution—to determine how efficient those cities' operations are. Here, the 10 best-run and worst-run cities across the nation:
