Amusement parks in India are celebrating the first Indian-American (and woman and African American) vice president with free admission for anyone who shares her name. Per DNAIndia, Wonderla amusement parks announced Friday that locations in Kochi, Bengaluru and Hyderabad will give free entry to visitors named Kamala. "This Sunday all Kamala's WIN!" the park wrote on Facebook. Kamala Harris, whose mother was born and raised in India, was sworn in as the 49th VP on Wednesday.

The post goes on to note that variations of the name, which means "lotus flower," would also win on Sunday. Specifically, visitors who present photo ID showing they are named "Kamla", "Kamal," or "Kamalam" would also get in free. "No other variations of the name will be eligible for the offer," the park wrote, while also stipulating that folks should act fast: the offer was only good for the first 100 Kamalas to make it to each of the three parks.
