Britney Spears' family has obtained restraining orders against ex-manager Sam Lutfi, ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, and a lawyer, sources tell TMZ. Lutfi and Ghalib, frequent companions during Britney's breakdown last year, are accused of conspiring to undermine her conservatorship arrangement. Spears herself is terrified of them both and wants to see the pair locked up, the source says.

Spears' lawyers claim in court papers that Lutfi sent text messages and IMs containing "false and hurtful allegations" about the Spears family. The papers also state that Spears "innocently informs Mr. Ghalib of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit." The men are now banned from contacting Spears or coming within 250 yards of her and her family.
