Michael Jackson's former nanny says the pop icon was so addicted to prescription drugs that she had to pump his stomach regularly, the Times of London reports. “There was one period that it was so bad that I didn’t let the children see him," said Grace Rwaramba, 42, who flew to Los Angeles from London yesterday to see Jackson's children. "He always ate too little and mixed too much.”

When she called in Jackson family members for an intervention, Rwaramba says, Jackson accused her of betrayal and fired her. "That was one of the times he let me go,” she said; her last firing was in December. She describes Jackson as nomadic, moving aimlessly between countries and hotel rooms. Sometimes he was broke despite his apparent riches. "He didn’t know what he was signing," she said. "He never did.” (More Michael Jackson stories.)
