Apparently only Britney Spears is allowed to get down and dirty at her concerts. A few fans were ejected from Madison Square Garden for dancing “too provocatively” at Tuesday's show, one of them tells the New York Post. “Meanwhile, Britney is onstage gyrating half-naked and singing ‘Get Naked,’” she adds. “It was totally ridiculous.” (More Britney Spears stories.)
