Troubled actress Tawny Kitaen, best known as the bombshell star of 1984's Bachelor Party, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of DUI, according to Newport Beach, Calif., police. A veteran of the TV show Celebrity Rehab, Kitaen has a history of drug abuse, but it wasn't clear whether she was drunk or high during the collision that led to the charges, a police spokesman told the Orange County Register.
