Jude Law Wants Paternity Test for Lovechild

Don’t roll out the Father of the Year award for Jude Law just yet. The alleged babydaddy has yet to meet Samantha Burke’s daughter Sophia because he’s waiting on a DNA test to prove he’s the father—though he did pay for the birth. “It was an act of kindness rather than an admission that he was the dad,” a friend tells News of the World.

“Until he is 100% certain she is his daughter he is only communicating through lawyers,” the source continues. “If he is the father he will meet his obligations to the child.” Also speaking out: Burke’s 80-year-old grandma, who is no fan of Law. “She's a lovely outgoing girl and he's a lot older man, with three children from a failed marriage.
