One day after dropping off a letter to Steve Phillips' wife, Brooke Hundley filed for a restraining order against the ESPN analyst—stating, among other things, that he rammed her car the day she left the letter, and accusing him of “cornering” her and pressuring her into sex. TMZ has the document, filed Aug. 20 and withdrawn Sept. 15.
Hundley, who said in the letter to Marni Phillips, “I’m not just some random girl he had sex with in parking lots,” says in the document she was pressured into meeting up with Phillips “a few times after work in the parking lot.” She says her supervisor told her to “get used to” Phillips’ behavior, and Phillips—who threatened to ruin her career if she told anyone—“began to spread word that I was just the office slut.” (More Steve Phillips stories.)
