A gunman killed one woman and injured several other people before taking his own life at a drug- and alcohol-testing clinic near Portland, Ore., today. While authorities wouldn’t identify the shooter or victim, the local police chief tells the Oregonian the dead woman was a clinic employee and appeared to have had a relationship with the gunman.
