A 70-page opinion issued today acknowledged the " extremely serious allegations " the fugitive director's raised about alleged misconduct by the judge who first handled the case in 1977. Polanksi remains under house arrest in Switzerland, Reuters reports. (More Switzerland stories.) Report an error
