After missing today’s cut at Torrey Pines by a mile, John Daly says he’s quitting golf, for good. “I’m done,” Daly, 43, told the Golf Channel. “I can’t compete. I can’t play like I use too. … I’m tired of embarrassing myself in front of (my fans).” Daly, who has two majors among his 19 professional victories, missed the cut in the only other PGA event he played this year.
