Jay Leno may have thought Wanda Sykes wanted to talk about her injured foot and her 9-month-old twins, but she made it clear last night on his show, "I'm here for that delicious Black History Month menu that NBC is serving in their cafeteria." Leno seemed clueless, and a bit uncomfortable, but bandleader Kevin Eubanks was in hysterics as Sykes mocked the network cafeteria's attempt at diversity: "Y'all don't need to know about Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass. Here's some fried chicken."
"I'm scared to know what they were having for dessert," she added. "I hope they at least took it off the rind." (More Jay Leno stories.)
