Tom Brady dazzled a Gillette crowd with a 23-for-29, 311-yard performance in a 38-7 stampede on the Buffalo Bills, extending the Patriots' undefeated start over a third game. Wideout Randy Moss caught two TDs among five completions from his new quarterback and finished with 115 yards—his third-straight triple-digit outing.

Bills rookie rusher Marshawn Lynch picked up 74 yards, but his performance was an anomaly as an injury-plagued Buffalo team continued to struggle on both sides of the ball. Rookie Trent Edwards had to replace J.P. Losman after Losman was hit hard twice during the first series; Edwards found the end zone for Buffalo's only 7. The Pats, meanwhile, have punted a grand total of four times in three games, the Globe reports. (More Tom Brady stories.)
