Sarah Palin had a little fun with the Republican Party’s reputation as the “Party of No” during a rally in Minnesota for Rep. Michele Bachmann … or maybe she just got a bit tongue-tied. “Republicans have been getting criticized lately with this, this mistaken concept, I guess, sort of surrounding Republicans right now that they’re the Party of No,” she said. So the GOP’s not that party, then?
“And we’re saying, ‘What’s wrong with being the Party of No when you consider what it is that Obama, Pelosi and Reid are trying to do to our country. So be it!” Which, Matt Corley observes for Think Progress, seems to make the GOP the “Party of No to Obama.” Hm.
