Michael Plumadore could face the death penalty

(Newser) - Prosecutors in Indiana charged a baby-sitter with murder and two other felonies today after he told police he bludgeoned and dismembered a 9-year-old girl just days before Christmas. Michael Plumadore, 39, was charged in Fort Wayne with murder in the killing of Aliahna Maroney-Lemmon . He remains jailed without bond.
